We currently ship across India. All orders are processed and dispatched from our facility within India.

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

  • For made-to-order or 3D-printed products, processing time may extend slightly to ensure quality finishing.

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

📦 Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier partner, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Remote or non-metro locations may take additional time.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on selected products and will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

  • If applicable, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.

  • You can use this link to track the status of your delivery in real time.

  • All Illumikart products are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

Delayed Delivery

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. In such cases, we appreciate your patience.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate. Illumikart will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Undelivered or Lost Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours so we can coordinate with the courier partner.

🔄 Damaged Products During Transit

If your product arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or videos of the damaged item and packaging
